Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following products cannot be returned once delivered:

- Customized or personalized products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
